Clients reviews about Mattress Cleaning Melbourne

I hired Steve to clean two mattress and two lounges at two different addresses. From quoting right through to delivering the services on the day, Steve was a breeze to deal with - great communication and super friendly. When I discovered a huge stain that had come up once the lounge had dried after Steve had cleaned it, (neither of us noticed it while he was working) he immediately offered to return to try it again if it hadn't disappeared over the weekend (it was cleaned on a Friday). True to his word, when the stain was still there on Monday, Steve returned that week to try it again. Steve worked his magic and this time the stain was gone!! I would absolutely hire Steve again, his pride in his work and his service is worth every dollar!! Thanks again, Steve! ~ Aislinn G

Stephen's mattress cleaning service went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did Stephen do an amazing job with both of our mattresses, which came up looking almost brand new, despite one being very old and the other with multiple dog stains, he is just a wonderful, genuine individual! We had the loveliest chat over a coffee while he waited for the mattress to dry, and I could tell immediately that this is someone who is not only extremely passionate about what he does, but does not compromise on the quality of the products he uses and the service he provides. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their mattress cleaned, and will certainly be using him again! Thank you so much Stephen! ~ Lisa W

I thought I was going to have to burn my mattress after my house sitter spilled a health juice drink (yeah, it could have been/probably was alcohol) which soaked through the underlay to the mattress leaving a mark that looked like a crime scene. That was in Nov 2017. I was too embarrassed to leave the mattress with hard rubbish and didn’t have the money to buy a mattress as good as that one again. I have had to put up with the mark since then but with an impending house move and panicked by embarrassment I searched for someone to do the job. I called Steve, he answered all my questions and explained his process. I booked the job and he arrived promptly, at the time agreed. Steve treated the mattress and I swear there’s not a trace of any mark, it looks new again. I am thrilled. And it didn’t take long, less than an hour. 10/10 for results, professionalism, time taken and for being a nice guy. ~ Kessiah G

I cannot recommend Steve any higher. Steve was very responsive with good communication and was extremely professional, clean and tidy. He done an amazing job on our very challenging mattress. I thought it was a lost cause but Steve done a great job on it. He also cleaned our couch and a rug which both came up amazing. Steve was friendly and relaxed, a pleasure to have in the house and was very clean and careful while moving his equipment around and while spraying his products. His pricing is fair and well worth the results. I will gladly recommend him to anyone. ~ Eifion C

Steve is truly an expert in his field. I availed his service for cleaning three mattresses and one carpet, and the results were incredibly impressive. Initially, my mattress was infested with dust mites, with his expertise, my dust mite-infested mattress was thoroughly steam cleaned and ready to use the same day. After intentionally waiting for 2 days and observing the outcome, I can confidently say that the dust mites are completely gone now. Thanks to Steve, I can finally enjoy a good night's sleep ☺️ ~ Jessica L

After 9 years of use it was clear I should take action on my mattress, so when I moved it to Collingwood from Sydney, I got in contact with Steve. He was really easy to work with, friendly and professional, and gave me a very reasonable quote on a mattress clean, including pillows, dust mite protection, and also a sofa clean. The results were excellent, with the mattress looking like new at the end of the drying process with no stains remaining, and the sofa pristine. Really happy with the outcomes! Thanks Steve ~ Peter C

We had just taken delivery of a catamaran that had been sailed out from France buy a bunch of blokes. We were about to replace the mattresses which are a custom shape and cost a fortune. On a chance I called Steve. He was honest and said that he had never done boat mattresses but he would come down to the marina and do his best. His best turned grubby, sweat stained mattresses into good as new condition. Good to deal with an honest tradesman who's not scared of a challenge. Thanks Tony ( SV SeaQuill) ~ Tony C

After a day of DYI cleaning my mattress I was so upset to find out 3 weeks later that I had created two massive yellow stains. Found Steve’s details on Google and gave him a ring. He popped by after finishing a job in the area and I was so surprised to see that he got our mattress back to a brand new standard. Steve was very informative before commencing the clean. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you Steve for coming at such short notice and doing a wonderful job! Highly recommend. Mel ~ Adeesha S

I have been recently diagnosed as having an allergy to dust mites. As well as applying anti allergy covers to our mattress and bedding, we decided to get Steve to steam clean our carpets. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He has responded promptly to my follow-up texts. Most importantly I can report an almost immediate improvement in my post-nasal drip. We will be having Steve back regularly to keep the dust mites under control. 👍 ~ Brian D

I can't recommend Steve highly enough. I have used his services a couple of times and each time I'm more impressed. Both my mattress and couches have come up a treat and as a bonus they smell amazing. He is a stickler for doing a great job and even came back when something didn't quite work the first time. I really did test his skills with an unknown food stain on a couch. Steve is professional, courteous, and a genuinely nice guy. He will be my go to man from now on. ~ Joanne K

This isn't a franchise which makes this service more personal. Steve is the business owner and is the one who cleans. His service was super efficient, friendly and has a lot of knowledge to help you out. Prices are fairly reasonable. I highly recommend him and for a 9 year self employed business, I can see why he's so successful! My mattress is looking brand new. I am looking forward to a good, and comforting, night's sleep. (Thanks again, Steve!) ~ Mai L

I had such a great experience with Steve! He came to sanitise and perform stain removal on some very stubborn and built-up fake tan that wouldn't budge from my mattress. I was hesitant about how much success he would have but I can't believe how different my mattress looks now - it's almost as good as new! These 5 star reviews are not for no reason, and he's as lovely as he is punctual and professional! Will highly recommend Steve's services to anyone who'll listen. ~ Emily

Spoke to Steve a few days ago to book in a clean for my mattress. My mattress was not to bad and in great condition but I hated having a few sweat stains on it. Tuesday 17/03 I had my mattress cleaned. I must say from start to finish, communication, explanation, on time and most importantly so thorough with the clean and details of the service. I could not be happier and now I have a pristine white mattress again!! Thank you Steve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Scott

Steve was wonderful! So friendly, even cleaned my bed frame’s headboard for free without me asking simply as a kind gesture. I was so touched, it’s not often you come across such care. 10/10 service, mattress looks stunning and smells great, and also the price is much more reasonable than other businesses because he doesn’t charge extra if you have stairs. Thank you so much Steve! Genuinely so happy to have been a customer. Xx ~ Soaliha I

It's a pleasure to write this 401st POSITIVE and 5-star review for Steve. Professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable, Steve really is the real deal. He did a fantastic job cleaning up a 16 year old mattress, leaving it fresh and almost like new again. Steve's flexibility and Melbourne-wide service is much appreciated. I have and will be recommending him to family and friends. Thank you again! ~ Jimmy K

Highly recommend Steve. I had mould on my king sized mattress, which was completely removed after Steve completed the job. He also cleaned my 4 seater sofa and a large rug, which now looks brand new. Steve was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced - also arrived within 24 hours of contact! I would recommend Steve for any cleaning jobs around the Aberfeldie area, and would definitely hire him again for my next spring clean. ~ Van C

I highly recommend Steve and aftyer he came to clean my mattress, I can vouch for the many positive reviews. Steve was communicative, ahead of schedule and very easy to talk to...exactly the kind of stranger you feel comfortable having in your home. If you want any steam cleaning done around the house, Steve is your go-to guy. My mattress looks so much better already and will only get better once it dries fully. ~ Kerrie F

Absolutely fantastic job! I had a lot of stains on my mattress from my toddler. I tried following some cleaning tips from online to do it myself and ended up making the mattress 10 times worse, to the point I was about to buy a new mattress. Almost looked impossible to fix, but my partner got in contact with Steve, he came around the next day and my mattress looks brand new! Highly recommend this service!! ~ Narrell R

My experience with Steve was exceptional. He was very professional and responsive and understanding of my needs. Not only that he did a fabulous job of the steam cleaning and removed a build of mattress stains perfectly. Steve is very knowledgeable in this field and I trusted him completely and will use his services in the future. He was right on time, a genuine warm person. 10/10 service! Thanks a million Steve ! Wow I'm so glad I got in touch with Steve, absolute legend. I have a 7 month old baby sleeping in bed with me so a build up of milk which actually led to Mould which was very concerning!! Steve was very knowledgeable and got rid of it all, he also got a few stains out of the carpet next to the bed and was a great price. Lovely guy! Great attitude! Highly recommend ~ Marijke V

I've had Steve out twice now, and I suspect he'll be the first person I call whenever the upholstery or mattress needs a refresh. The transformation each time has been incredible. You don't realise how much life can be brought back into these things until you see the before and after. I recommend Steve wholeheartedly—good tradespeople are worth hanging onto, and he's definitely one of them. ~ Jeff
